No matter your circumstance, it is important that you feel heard, understood and cared for. Therapy can create a safe space where beautiful, personal growth can flourish. I would be honoured to hold this space for you as you walk through life's transitions in a subtle and profound way.

My style is warm, relational, and curious. I strive to develop a genuine and trusting relationship with you where you feel comfortable exploring the vulnerable aspects of your life with me. Together we can identify old stories that no longer serve you and will work to reimagine new ones that support who you are now and going forward.

As a racialized immigrant woman, and parent to a multi-racial child, I view the world through an intersectional lens. I affirm our multiple and fluid identities, including racial and gender ones, and the impact they have on our material and emotional lives. I am committed to supporting you at whatever intersection you have arrived at.

I am grateful to do this work from my home in Tkoronto where the current treaty holders are the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nations. It would be my great privilege to work with you as you are.
