About

You are unique, precious, and important. That you have made a significant decision to seek support is courageous and proves that you are strong, resilient, and resourceful even though you may not always feel it.

Wherever you are in your journey, I know that you have been trying your best in the way you know how. I am here to listen to you with compassion and curiosity. With the wisdom you have about yourself and my practice knowledge, we can work together to manage the challenges and struggles that are holding you back from moving forward to where you want to go.

Based on the strength-based and person-centered approach, I pursue an eclectic and an integrative therapeutic model, as there is no one solution that fits all. Some of the tools from which I draw from are cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and solution-focused therapy to work on how to support you best.

My openness, honesty, and profound respect for the worth of individuals has always been the basis of the relationship I develop with my clients from diverse backgrounds of culture, ethnicity, language, and/or gender identity. In our therapeutic relationship, you will feel safe, respected, and supported. If you feel that this is a journey you’d like to take with me, I encourage you to reach out.
