About
Life can be a long and bumpy road, full of surprises and challenges. It's totally normal to feel overwhelmed and stressed by all of it. But remember, you're not alone! I'm really glad you reached out for help, and I'm here to walk with you on this journey.
To me, therapy is all about building a respectful, caring relationship between two people. I want to create a safe space where you can share anything, and know that I'll listen with empathy and understanding, and without any judgement.
As an international student, I know firsthand what it's like to transition to a new culture and society. That's why I take a culturally-inclusive approach to help support people who are going through similar changes. I use different techniques, like cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches. But overall, my main goal is to help you see your own strengths and abilities, and to help you find the best solutions for your challenges.
If you're looking for someone to talk to and share your challenges with, I'm here and eager to support you. Together, we'll search for your shining points and help you see things from a different perspective.
