Together I want to work with you to find the answers to any of the mysteries in your life and help guide you through this journey.

My approach is based on trauma-infromed, cognitive behavioural framework. This focuses on exploring and challenging thoughts, feelings, beliefs and experiences that impact how we live our day-to-day lives. Through this exploration we will bring into awareness the helpful and unhelpful aspects of ourselves (ways of coping, relationship strategies, etc) and translate these insights into meaningful and positive change.

My calling to be a therapist was guided by what I learned from my own therapeutic experiences and my lifelong passion for collaborating, personally and professionally.
