Life is full of surprises, some of which are pleasant, while others can be seen as obstacles, resulting in uncomfortable emotions, anxiety, depression, or even a sense of loss, to name a few. Whether you are feeling stuck, unfulfilled, lacking a sense of purpose, or are experiencing challenges in relationships, I am here to support you and help work with you through these discomforts. My aim is to help you work through difficult, vulnerable, and even painful thoughts, emotions, and habits, while fostering self-reflection and transformation in lasting ways to help you live life to its fullest.

I work to create a safe environment where we can explore the issues that are most important to you. During this discovery, I will examine what is going on internally and externally, as well as what patterns are at play in order to develop a more comprehensive understanding of you and your challenges.

Grounded in a client-centered and strengths-based approach to healing, I use various modalities and techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs. While using techniques such as solution-focused, humanistic, and narrative therapy, I strive to bring authenticity and empathic awareness to each session. I will be guided by your individual concerns in order to tailor the approach to your particular comfort levels and needs.
