Life can feel like a hurricane. Stressors come up unexpectedly and we are often tasked to deal with challenges we are not prepared for. As you tackle these present and ongoing issues, you may not always have someone to talk to for support. My goal is to walk alongside you to help you learn more about yourself and build coping strategies to enhance your quality of life!

In sessions, I provide a comfortable, safe and warm space for you to freely discuss what's on your mind. Together we can work through any issues or work towards your goals using a mindfulness, self-acceptance, anti-oppressive, and self-compassion approach.

I want to help you understand how your mental wellness is shaped by your identity and the world around you. I recognize how truly challenging it is to reach out for this support and it is natural to have questions. I'd love to help answer what's on your mind and work towards your goals together.
