Many of your personal obstacles can actually become some of your proudest accomplishments! The journey into self-discovery may lead you to find strength and determination in yourself that you didn't know existed. Everyone deserves to have caring and supportive people in their lives to help cope through the difficult times. I truly know how difficult stepping into therapy can be but I also know firsthand how rewarding it can be for you.

The obstacles we experience have the capacity to strengthen us or weaken us. I want to help you navigate the waves of life using an anti-oppressive approach that is compassion-focused, mindfulness-based and strength-based to help you achieve your therapy goals. Sharing your story can feel overwhelming and finding someone to honour your story with empathy and respect is so important. Through this, my commitment to you is unwavering and I want to support you through your journey.

Life is unpredictable and healing isn't always easy. As a mother, I am also aware of both the challenges and blessings that come with single parenting. I want you to know that I'm here to support your healing, help you work through your grief and losses, allow you the opportunity to speak your truth, support you through life's transitions and give you the space to feel both your joy and your sorrow. If this sounds like a journey you'd like to take, please reach out to me.
