Entering the world of therapy can be a daunting and challenging experience for one to take. My aim is to provide a supportive environment where you can share your challenges and stories while we can collaborate on setting and achieving your therapy goals.

My practice uses an integrative and collaborative approach which means we will work together to tailor your therapeutic journey to best fit your life and needs. The goal is to hear your story, address your challenges, and help you feel more equipped to handle future challenges on your own.

The challenges I underwent through immigration and acculturation opened my eyes and helped me start my journey into therapy. When seeing others' lives while studying abroad, I came to the realization that we all need support at some point and it's alright to reach out for it. We can all benefit from being heard with empathy and empowerment while being challenged when needed and most importantly, without judgment. If you're looking to be heard and make some big changes in your life, I encourage you to reach out to me.
