Are you feeling saddened, anxious or overwhelmed by the many pressures that life is throwing your way? I want to be there to support you through the rough patches and to work with you to help you gain the skills to live with more contentment in your life.

Helping individuals get the most out of their interactions with themselves and the world around them is my motivation for therapy. As a wife and parent, I understand that it is easy to feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. We are bombarded with endless information and infinite responsibilities that often leads us to neglect ourselves and other valuable social interactions in the process. Using an integration of solution-focused, client centered, and strength-based approaches I will help you feel heard, important and confident enough to take on any challenge!

It is so important to have someone who listens to your concerns without judgment and takes your values into consideration when you are feeling most vulnerable. As a therapist, I want to allow you the space to slow down, recommit to yourself and find solutions that work for you. If you can relate, I hope you reach out! I would love to help you find your joy once again!
