About

I believe you are the best expert on your life and effective therapy involves a process of skill building and learning to help you trust your intrinsic wisdom when it comes to being a parent. There are many challenges to raising children, and as an immigrant, I have and continue to experience the challenges of parenting in two cultures.

I provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to explore your parenthood journey to self-discovery and healing as you realize your strength and resilience to develop outstanding long-term changes.

Using an integrative approach, I aim to empower and support you in finding solutions or new ways of addressing your concerns. To me, therapeutic success is using the wisdom from both your mind and body to make choices that are congruent with your values.

Together we will work to discover what skills and resources you bring to the table and figure out how to use them to live a happier and healthier life for you and your family.
