When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Life has a way of throwing unexpected curve balls that can cause trauma or severe life stressors. During these times, it is not uncommon for one life to become wholly unraveled or unmanageable.

My life experience gives me a great passion for helping people heal from traumatic and stressful life experiences. I aim to help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as resilient, peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.

I understand that no single approach is suitable for every individual or family structure. Therefore, I believe the best approach revolves around one’s core values, beliefs, and morals. I’m passionate about supporting families through this life journey by providing the practical tools uniquely suited to meet your and your family's demands.
