How Alli Group Works

Taking your first step is easy

Step 1: Join a group

Sign-up for the group that works for you based on your availability.

Your group will run for a minimum of 6-weeks costing $40/week.

Insurance receipts are provided after every session.

Step 2: Start your weekly sessions

You'll meet for an hour every week with your group therapist and 5 - 8 group members.

Each week, you'll discuss a common challenge as a group. You'll get an opportunity to be heard, learn from others and your therapist.

Step 3: What's after 6 weeks?

Your group will go on for 6 weeks. After, your group will have the option to extend for another 6 weeks.

Most of our group members chooses to extend their group!
